Every employee at Blackhorse knows the key is to “Know your customers and know their drinks."

So after you’ve visited Blackhorse a few times, the baristas will begin greeting you by name. And they’ll politely ask for your order, even though they probably know exactly what you’re going to ask for.

That’s the kind of personal service that prompted one of our regular customers (an ad guy) to create this clever promotional campaign for us. We’re in the process of producing posters featuring some of our favorite customers and their favorite drinks. We can’t wait to hang them on the wall.
